Cancelled: ReNEWal Year’s Eve 2021
Due to the continued COVID-19 related concerns and logistical challenges, we are regrettably unable to safely offer you an indoor, gala ReNEWal Year’s Eve experience with food, drink, and merriment. There are no longer ReNEWAL Year’s Eve festivities planned at Open Space for 2021. Please enjoy a safe and cozy New Year’s Eve and stay tuned to join Open Space in 2022 for exciting gatherings and parties, arts programming, and community events.
Revelry and Rejuvenation Return!
This December 31, don’t just ring in the new year. Renew! Join Open Space for Vashon’s annual ReNEWal Year’s Eve, a night of revelry and rejuvenation.
Half of the event embraces revelry—like dancing with DJs and live bands until 1:00 am, buckets of confetti, New Year’s celebrated every hour, an electric light show, and special treats in the VIP Lounge. The other half celebrates rejuvenation—like sound immersion, tea and cacao beverages and herbal tonics, and a massage booth.
“We’re excited to let people craft their own New Year’s Eve experience,” said David Godsey, co-founder of Open Space for Arts & Community. “Someone might start the night contemplating the last year – or two! – in the sound immersion room and welcome the new year by rocking out to live music with our performers on the dance floor, or vice versa. All the experiences are there to mix and mash as you wish.”
Back by popular demand after the stunning Liquid Light show this summer, local laser light leaders Luminarium will dazzle with an indoor laser experience.
Proof of vaccination or documentation of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event is required for entry, and masks are required at all times.
All ages are welcome. Doors open at 8:00 pm.
Tickets
- Youth Tickets (18 and under) are $10.00
- General Admission (No access to Bar) are $16.00 online in advance and $20.22 the day of the show.
- Reveler Tickets include access to the bar, 2 complimentary drink tickets, a champagne toast, and a complimentary snack plate and are $30.00 online in advance and $35.00 the day of the show. Reveler Ticketholders must be 21 years old or older.
- VIP Tickets include exclusive access to the VIP room, bar access, and more. Tickets are $39.99 online in advance and $45.00 the day of the show.
Online tickets are available until December 30th at 11:45pm. Tickets are available at the door the day of the performance. Proof of vaccination is required for entry and masks are required at all times. Guests may present documentation of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event in lieu of proof of vaccination.
