Celebrate the longest day of the year by reflecting on and offering gratitude for the radiant abundance of life the sun gives us. From the plants we harvest to the animals they feed, the ambient temperature of our Earth, and the nourishing light for our skin, the sun is our source of vitality.
We will begin with an hour of sound bathing. Through the sounds of chakra attuned singing bowls, gong, rhythmic drumming, and chimes your bioenergetic field (the aura) is gently cleansed and your nervous system shifts into a parasympathetic state (rest and digest). We know from research the benefits beyond rest include lowering blood pressure and cortisol levels. This provides a sense of balance and calmness, leaving you feeling well rested.
